More than lap times or a victory, safety is what helps keep motorsports ALIVE. Comfort affects the performance and safety of the race car driver, Stand 21 is poised to find new approaches in the development of its products and to constantly test new materials, options, and processes that will help develop the most ergonomic and safe products possible. This is how our research program Heat Stress was born in 2004, and is currently succeeded by our Heat Stress II program. Because nothing is ever granted in our field, that is why we continue to seek and develop new products, that go well beyond the expectations of our customers.

It is on the race track that Stand 21 acquired its credentials/qualifications and established itself as THE technical partner with race car drivers that concern themselves with sporting the most performing and comfortable safety products. From our safety point of view, the technical aspect is inseparable from the medical side. This is why our R & D works hand in hand with medical authorities of motor sport (MD Trammell-USA), Prof. Meistelman -France, Prof. Trafford- UK, Dr. Mineo Kawasaki- Japan...). This philosophy of work combined with the latest manufacturing equipment; make Stand 21 products pass by exceeding the most demanding standards required by the current motor sport sanctioning bodies (FIA, SNELL, IFC, CIK...). Stand 21 has a high priority, some would say: Stand 21 has as a duty to innovate!
